The request to authorize payment of up to $1,000 per month from estate funds, inclusive of expenses, effective February 24, 2026, for work related to Chapter 11 matters is denied. Any compensation sought for Chapter 11-related services, including any request for reimbursement of expenses, shall be requested by formal fee application, whether interim or final, pursuant to 11 U.S.C. Section 330. 4. Ashley Klein and Bookkeeping Repair, LLC, are approved solely as bookkeeper. To the extent the declaration in support of the application refers to Ms. Klein acting as a CPA, that reference is NOT APPROVED and appears to be a typographical error. 5. To the extent either Service Agreement provides that any Work Product developed in connection with the services is the exclusive property of Ashley Klein and/or Bookkeeping Repair, LLC, that provision is NOT APPROVED to the extent it encompasses the Debtors books and records, financial statements, Monthly Operating Reports, cash flow reports, projections, schedules, or similar materials prepared for the Debtor or in connection with this Chapter 11 case. To the extent any provision of either Service Agreement is inconsistent with the Bankruptcy Code, the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure, the Local Bankruptcy Rules, or this Order, such provision is NOT APPROVED.
