Debtor has afforded creditors and other interested parties just 14 days' notice of the hearing, ostensibly relying on Rule 4001(c)(2) of the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure, which provides that the court may commence a final hearing on a motion for authority to obtain credit no earlier than 14 days after service of the motion. Nothing about that language permits a hearing on only 14 days' notice, and the court's local rules require a minimum of 21 days' notice of this hearing.
