Corporations Motion to Determine Secured Claim of JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. ("JPMC") (Dkt. 26; the "Motion"). The Motion asks the court to find that the value of JPMC's collateral is $71,912.73 and to limit JPMC's secured claim to that amount. JPMC holds a first priority lien on all of Debtor's personal property. The U.S. Small Business Administration (the "SBA") holds a second priority lien on the same collateral, but the Motion expressly states that Debtor seeks no relief as to the SBA.
