The proposed solution may solve the problems identified by Zions, but the method suggested by the Debtor does not. Doing this all in an Order Confirming Plan is insufficient. Debtor needs to file and serve a revised Plan that reflects: 1. the altered treatment of Zions, 2. what the guarantor, Ms. King's position vis--vis the Debtor will be once she is subrogated to the Zions position, and 3. the revised treatment of General Unsecured Creditors.
