Counsel for Kroskob Bros Farms, LLC (the Debtor), counsel for American AgCredit, ACA, American AgCredit, FLCA, and American AgCredit PCA (the Secured Creditor), and counselfor the U.S. Trustee (the UST), entered their appearance on the record. Brandon Kroskob and Jackie Kroskob, principals of the Debtor, were present in the courtroom. The Court addressed the procedural history of the case and requested that counsel for the Debtor provide information about the status of the case. Counsel for the Debtor addressed the circumstances that led to the filing of the case, provided information about the Debtors assets and liabilities and relationship between the Debtor and other entities, discussed the status of the case, identified pending motions, and outlined the general purposes of the case and of a prospective plan.
