ORDER DIRECTING DISMISSAL OF CASE:
In light of the Trustee's due diligence and recent reports on the Debtor's business, the Court will dismiss the bankruptcy case of Milford Sports Bars LLC for failure of the debtor to attend Meeting of Creditors required by 11 U.S.C. §341(a) and for unreasonable delay that is prejudicial to creditors pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 707(a)(1); and it is further

ORDERED:
That dismissal will enter on April 22, 2025, unless the Trustee or United States Trustee requests further opportunity to investigate or seek further judicial relief in aid of administering this Chapter 7 Estate. The dismissal of this case does not affect or vitiate the prospect of future enforcement of the Court's contempt citation, See ECF No. 68.
