| 03/29/2018 | 27 | ORDER DISMISSING CASE: On March 5, 2018, Mercury Continuity, Inc. (the "Debtor") filed a voluntary petition under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code (ECF No. 1). On March 5, 2018, an Order to Appear and Show Cause why the case should not be dismissed for failure to obtain counsel was issued and set for hearing on March 13, 2018. Due to inclement weather, the hearing on the Order to Appear and Show Cause was continued to March 20, 2018, to be heard along with the Case Management Conference (ECF No. 12). At the hearing on March 20, 2018, the Court continued all matters to March 27, 2018 to allow Debtor to secure counsel. At the continued March 27, 2018 hearing, the Debtor had failed to secure counsel, but based on representations made by the Debtor at the hearing, was granted until 12:00 p.m. on March 29, 2018 to do so, or the case would be dismissed. The Debtor failed obtain counsel and an appearance of counsel was not filed in the case on or before 12:00 p.m. on March 29, 2018, as ordered by the Court at the hearing held on March 27, 2018. Therefore, it is herebyORDERED: The Debtors Case is DISMISSED.
