07/28/202637SCHEDULING ORDER REGARDING DISCLOSURE OF FINANCIAL ACCOUNT NUMBER IN MONTHLY OPERATING REPORT: On July 23, 2026, Debtor's counsel filed a Chapter 11 Monthly Operating Report and attaching a bank statement to the Report. ECF No. 35. The Court notes the bank statement is unredacted and contains a complete bank account number. This disclosure violates the privacy requirements set forth in Fed.R.Bankr.P. 9037(a) and Local Bankruptcy Rule 9037-1. These procedures place the responsibility for redacting financial account information to the last four digits on counsel and the parties. In order to remedy the disclosure of the bank account numbers in ECF No. 35, it is hereby
ORDERED: That the Clerk's Office shall restrict public access to the Monthly Operating Report, ECF No. 35. These restrictions will remain in effect until a further Order on a motion to remove the restriction or a motion to seal as described below; and it is further
ORDERED: On or before July 31, 2026, Debtor's counsel shall file a motion seeking to seal the Monthly Operating Report, ECF No. 35, pursuant to D.Conn.L.Civ.R. 5(e) and Local Bankruptcy Rule 9037-1(c); and it is further
