Email was sent to Kyle George and cc'ed to Ms. Elizabeth Hardy, AUST.REF : Stratus Group,Inc.Chapter 11,Albany Division,08-11096 (jointly administered with Freeway Autocredit LLC,08-11098 and Stratus Holdings Group of Florida LLC,08-1197 )Dear Mr. George and Ms. Hardy,I am the holder of an unsecured claim in the above referenced matter.Interim distributions have been made under a confirmed plan.The liquidating Agent,Ian Ratner should hold over $ 100,000 resulting from payments made by Mr P.E. Bass as a settlement for a law suit filed by said Agent on behalf of the creditors.Mr Bass failed to make all the payments and his default resulted in a summary judgement against him for the amount of $ 400,000 as early as March 2013. This amount,however is and will be uncollectible and also comes after two other judgements ,in favor of the Georgia Department of Revenue and the Internal Revenue Service for a total of $ 900,000.Mr Ratner originally estimated to make final payments by May 15,2015 to allow collection of the original note,had Mr Bass not defaulted.
