There is an opening bid for $212,000 from Unison Site Management and a counter bid from IWG at $230,000.00. Bidding will be in $5000 increments. After bidding, the highest bidder is Mr. Richard Meeboer (Unison) for $265,000.00.

The Court GRANTS the Motion to Sell and approves the same to Unison. If Unison fails to close the sale per the terms of the motion, the Debtor may sell the property to IWG-TLA for their last bid of $260,000. The form of order is to be approved and signed by Ms. McConnell. Mr. Meeboer is to have approved the draft order prior to submission, but is not required to sign; however, counsel to please notify the Court that Mr. Meeboer has reviewed the order.
