26 based on the Debtor's offer of proof that the operation is being conducted on fair and reasonable terms, and after discussion and having no other objections, the Court Finds and Concludes that the Amended Motion for Cash Collateral is GRANTED. Debtor is authorized the immediate use of cash collateral. Mr. Robinson to submit an appropriate order, with the budget attached. The order should address the additional provisions recited on the record as to the conditions negotiated with the Bank of Commerce and JR Simplot.
