Karel Studer was sworn and examined by Mr. Clark, Cross-examination by Mr. Trout with questions by the Court. Re-direct by Mr. Clark.

Mr. Trout offered exhibits 345-350 and 352, and no objections exhibits have been admitted.

After discussion, the parties agree to written simultaneous closing statements to be filed on or before August 4, 2023. The matter will be UNDER ADVISEMENT at that time. As to the Motion for Relief from Stay Dkt#20 is hereby withdrawn by counsel without prejudice.
