01/17/201948Courtroom Minute Sheet (RDB) Notes/Ruling: Amended motion to sell filed this afternoon to clarify as to real estate at 151st Street. Counsel for creditor has not had a chance to review pleadings. Lift Line has assignment of rents; no rent has been paid by Kings Auto, approximately $15,000.00 has been paid by Car Gallery. $650.00 of interest added to the loan balance daily. Mr. Allen to provide confirmation to counsel for creditor on percentage of sale commission on 151st property. Issue on 95th Street property, original motion to employ realtor did not include this property. Debtor now has an agreement with realtor to sell 95th Street property. Contract filed as status report today. Contract on 151st Street property has an end date of February 17th; no closing date has been set. Mr. Allen to submit amended order to employ real estate agent to add 95th Street property. The Court will give Debtor enough time to sell properties, but they need to get them sold quickly, or the court will grant relief. The burden is on Mr. Allen to bring clarification on status of sale of properties to the next hearing. Issues continued to February 14, 2019 @ 1:30pm - text order entered.
