THE UST ALLEGES AND COUNSEL TO THE DEBTOR OFFERS NO OPPOSITION THAT THE DEBTOR HAS PROVIDED NO EVIDENCE OF INSURANCE DESPITE DUE DEMAND BY THE UST, WHICH CONDUCT CONSTITUTES GROSS INCOMPETENCE IN THE OPERATION OF THE DEBTOR IN POSSESSION AND A FAILURE TO PROVIDE DOCUMENTS REASONABLY REQUESTED BY THE UST, CAUSE IS THEREBY SHOWN UNDER 11 U.S.C. SECTION 1112(B)(4). MOREOVER, THERE ARE NO UNUSUAL CIRCUMSTANCES SUGGESTING THAT THE DEBTOR'S CASE SHOULD NOT BE DISMISSED AND THERE IS NO EVIDENCE THAT THE ESTATE WOULD BE BETTER SERVED BY CONVERSION TO A CHAPTER 7 CASE.
