(Entered: 06/28/2021)
06/28/202143Motion to Continue the Hearing scheduled for June 29, 2021. Counsel for the UST has been summoned for jury duty at 1pm in the 16th Circuit Court of Missouri (Jackson County). Counsel believed that the Court intended to excuse the jury pool or continue his service, however, he was notified this morning that is now unlikely to occur. Further, counsel has discussed the matter with Debtor's counsel, and the Debtor would like additional time to attempt to market the property for sale. Accordingly, a continuance is appropriate and the UST consents to waive any time limits on hearing or deciding the motion.. Opposing counsel, Norman Rouse, has consented to this continuance. Movant requests this matter be continued for to the July Carthage docket.. Filed by U.S. Trustee.
