The Court reviews the Notice By Dan Brown, Party In Interest, Regarding Compensation Not Yet Finally Allowed. The Notice states that it is not intended to be a motion or to request any affirmative relief. The Notice points out, however, that notwithstanding that former Counsel for the Debtor Ryan Blay was allowed to withdraw on April 15, 2026 [ECF No. 112], Counsel has not filed a final application for compensation as required under 11 U.S.C. Section 330 and implicitly the terms of the confirmed plan. In addition, Counsels failure to file a final application for compensation may prevent the Debtor from obtaining a final decree and discharge upon the plans completion. The Court therefore ORDERS that Ryan Blay show cause why the final application for compensation has not been filed or in the alternative ORDERS that a final application for compensation be filed within 21 days.
