Order of the Court

The Debtor has filed a motion to transfer venue from the Saint Joseph Division to the Western Division "for the ease and efficiency of the administration of the Debtor's estate." The Court is unsure why the motion was filed since the Court holds hearings in St. Joseph-division cases in the courthouse in Kansas City and the 341 meetings are by Zoom. The Court is unable to discern any ease or efficiency that would result from transferring venue; rather, granting the motion imposes extra burdens on the clerk's office to accomplish the transfer. The motion is therefore DENIED as unnecessary and for lack of cause shown.

It is so ORDERED by /s/ Cynthia A. Norton.

The moving party is to serve this order on parties not receiving electronic notice but entitled to notice pursuant to Fed. R. Bankr. P. 2002, Local Rule 2002-1 and other applicable law.

File the Certificate of Service and relate it to the

This Notice of Electronic Filing is the Official ORDER for this entry. No document is attached.
