On July 12, 2025, the Court entered an Order: (I) Granting Debtor's Second Motion to Extend Time to File Bankruptcy Documents (Doc. 11); (II) Scheduling Status Conference Pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 105 (Doc. 1); and (III) Ordering Other Matters (Doc. 11), which, in addition to granting the Debtor an extension to complete the filing of schedules and other required documents, scheduled a status conference on August 6, 2026 at 2:00 p.m., and required the attendance of the Debtor's counsel, L. Joshua Davidson ("Mr. Davidson"), and counsel for the Chapter 12 Trustee. On July 29, 2026, Mr. Davidson contacted a member of the Court's staff and requested to have the conference rescheduled because Mr. Davidson will be unable to attend the conference on August 6th due to an unavoidable scheduling conflict. Based upon the foregoing, and with the agreement of Mr. Davidson and counsel for the Chapter 12 Trustee, the Court hereby grants counsel's request and, accordingly, reschedules the status conference from August 6, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. to August 20, 2026 at 3:30 p.m. (Eastern Prevailing Time).
