| 12/17/2020 | 104 | TEXT ORDER: On December 17, 2020, a hearing was conducted on the Court's Order to Show Cause Why the Case Should Not be Converted or Dismissed [Dkt. No. 73] ("Order to Show Cause"). It is hereby ORDERED, ADJUDGED, and DECREED that the Order to Show Cause is CONCLUDED. After considering the issues raised in the Order to Show Cause, the Court finds cause to dismiss the case without prejudice as the Debtor is unable to propose a feasible plan of reorganization, any liquidation would only inure to the benefit of a singular secured creditor, and in the absence of any benefit to any other creditors or parties in interest, the Court finds it is in the best interest of the bankruptcy estate to dismiss the case.
