| 08/26/2014 | 446 | ORDER DISMISSING CASE: On June 17, 2014, the US Trustee requested the dismissal of the case upon Debtor's failure to file the monthly financial reports required under P.R. LBR 2015-2(b) [Dkt No. 410]. The last report was filed by Debtor on February 2013, corresponding to December 2012. The US Trustee's request for dismissal was also grounded on Debtor's failure to pay quarterly fees, with an outstanding balance of $650.00 up to the first quarter of 2004. On July 9, 2014, Debtor and the US Trustee agreed to hold the motion to dismiss in abeyance for seven days to allow Debtor to comply with the US Trustee's requirements and pay the outstanding fees [Dkt No. 430]. On July 14, 2014, Debtor requested an extension of seven days to pay the US Trustee fees [Dkt No. 428], which was opposed by the US Trustee [Dkt No. 429], but granted by the court as the last extension to be allowed [Dkt No. 435]. On July 17, 2014, Debtor submitted post confirmation reports for the months of April to June 2014. However, Debtor has failed to pay off the US Trustee quarterly fees, which amount to $5,850.00 as of the second quarter of 2014. Moreover, on August 15, 2014, Debtor requested a second extension of time of ten days to become up to date with the US Trustee quarterly fees. The extension of time requested by Debtor expired on August 25, 2014, with no payment being made to the US Trustee. As a result, the court grants the US Trustee's motion to dismiss [Dkt No. 410].
