ORDER: It is uncontested that the debtor has belatedly filed the monthly reports of operation and the February 2016 report is still due. Such a failure constitutes cause for dismissal under §1112(b). On the other hand, the debtor has failed to show that there are unusual circumstances to show that dismissal is not in the best interest of creditors.
