| 04/01/2024 | 111 | ORDER: Upon considering the request for extension of time to confirm the plan filed by debtor Eyewear Shop LLC (Debtor) at Dkt. #108 and the joint motion to inform filed by Debtor and Oriental Bank at Dkt. #110 in which the parties agreed that Debtors plan will be amended and Oriental Bank withdraws its objection to confirmation, the court finds that Debtor has shown under 11 U.S.C. §§ 1121(e)(3) and 1129(e) that it is more likely that not that the court will confirm a plan within a reasonable period of time. As such, the deadline for Debtor to confirm its small business plan is hereby extended until May 24, 2024 under 11 U.S.C. §§ 1121(e)(3) and 1129(e). Debtor is granted until April 12, 2024 to file an amended disclosure statement and plan in accordance with what it stated at Dkt. #110. Debtor is to give notice of its amended disclosure statement and plan to all parties in interest and file a certificate of service with the court so showing on or before April 16, 2024 .
