The Debtor has not filed supporting documentation to move the court to exercise its equitable powers under 11 U.S.C. §105(a) to order the substantive consolidation of this case with case number 26-02240 (Lomas Verdes Family Dental CSP). Substantive consolidation merges the assets and liabilities of both debtors. Thus, the court must determine if substantive consolidation causes disproportionate prejudice to creditors. In re Hemingway Transport, Inc., 954 F.3d 1, 11-12 (1st. Cir. 1992); In re Blast Fitness Froup, LLC, 603 B.R. 654, 667-668 (Bankr. Mass. 2019); In re Cameron Construction & Roofing Co., Inc., 565 B.R. 1, 8 (Bankr. Mass. 2016). The Debtor has not detailed the factual basis for the conclusory allegations. Notwithstanding, the court orders the administrative consolidation of both case pursuant to Rule 1015 of the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure.
