The application is hereby denied without prejudice due to the substantial contradictions between the Disclosure of Compensation of Attorney for Debtor included with the filings at Doc. 1 and the employment application at Doc. 10. Among other things, the Disclosure states that the debtor did not pay the filing fee to counsel while the employment application states that $1738 was paid by the debtor to counsel for the filing fee. Similarly, the services to be performed pursuant to the Disclosure are entirely different from, and much more restrictive than, the services described in the employment application. Different hourly rates are stated in both documents. Any renewed application to be employed would need to include not only a clarification of which information is correct but also a detailed explanation for why such contradictory information was provided in this case, and in prior cases.
