04/01/202648ORDER by Judge Mashburn : With regard to docket entry # 41, 47, the debtor has filed a motion to extend the deadline for filing a supplemental cash collateral budget. The debtor requests that the deadline be extended until the day before the next cash collateral hearing set for April 7, 2026, following the passage of the deadline for objections to be filed. The result is that the objection deadline is no longer operative, and there will be minimal time for anyone to review the budget in advance of the hearing. The Court will grant the motion on a provisional basis with the understanding that at the hearing any party may raise as an issue the impact of the delay in providing the information on the prospect for further interim use of cash collateral. The deadline for objections in the prior cash collateral order may be disregarded since the supplemental budget will not be available at the time of the deadline.
