In accordance with Fed. R. Bank. P. 1014(b), the Order transfers the venue of this later filed Chapter 11 proceeding from the Southern District of Florida to the Eastern District of North Carolina, effective immediately. Accordingly, the Clerk of Court is hereby instructed to immediately transfer this case to the Eastern District of North Caroline in accordance with the Order.
