Order Directing Telephonic Hearing for 3/31/2020 @ 1:30 P.M.
re: 104 Confirmation Hearing Re: Second Amended Chapter 11 Plan of Reorganization. In order to limit transmission of COVID-19, the Court has determined to hold only telephonic hearings in all pending cases,
starting on Monday, March 16, 2020
, until further notice. All trials and evidentiary hearings will be canceled, except for evidentiary hearings typically held shortly after the filing of chapter 11 cases, such as motions for use of cash collateral and motions seeking approval of financing, in which cases evidentiary presentation shall be limited to filed affidavits and offers of proof. All previously noticed non-evidentiary hearings including all matters on the weekly motion calendars will take place as scheduled but
all parties must appear by telephone.
Anyone wishing to appear by telephone who has not yet arranged for telephone appearance should
contact CourtCall (888) 882-6878
as soon as possible. With regard to any matter previously set for non-evidentiary hearing, the movant or other party required to provide notice of the hearing shall provide a copy of this order to all affected parties and shall file a supplemental certificate of service. If it is unlikely that service of this notice by mail will be received in time for affected parties to obtain adequate notice of the need to appear by telephone, the movant or other relevant party shall provide telephonic notice or notice by other effective means.
