Mr. Dojonovic was sworn in and his testimony was proffered by Mr. Jordan. Debtors Exhibits at Docket 272-8 and 272-8a admitted. Mr. Dojonovic verified the testimony. Ms. Wilson addressed the Court regarding concerns which were noted by the Court but did not cross-examine the witness. Cross-examination by Ms. Thomas. No redirect. Mr. Jordan was questioned by the Court regarding page 6 of 27 of settlement agreement, Paragraph B. Ms. Wilson questioned on same. Arguments heard. Briefing Ordered on this issue. Briefs due by 5:00 p.m. on 6/13/2025, limited to 10 pages. No responsive briefs. Mr. Dojonovic excused as a witness. Mr. Jordan was questioned by the Court regarding Plan and Paragraphs 3.3 and 3.4 of the settlement agreement as well other provisions, including 3.5 Further arguments heard. Mr. Jordan rested. Mr. Bergen was sworn in and his testimony was proffered by Ms. Wilson. Mr. Bergen verified the testimony. No cross-examination. Witness excused. Ms. Wilson rested. Ms. Thomas had no witnesses.
