Mr. Wyatt advised the Court Debtor has no good faith basis on which to oppose dismissal due to non-compliance. Mr. Travis requested Order provide that Mr. Quinn to be discharged as Trustee in Order of Dismissal. Court to review audio as stated on the record. Mr. Wyatt requested a reconsideration of Courts Order at #250. Further arguments heard. After consideration, the Court extended deadline to make the payments per Order at #250 to 5:00 p.m. 11/16/2026. If Debtor fails to make those payments, case will be dismissed with prejudice for period of 365 days. Order drafted and demonstrated to the parties. Mr. Range was cross examined by Mr. Travis. Court took judicial notice that Mr. Travis appointed a Chapter 11 Trustee in 84 Energy Ch 11 case, which was Dick Fuquas bankruptcy case. Mr. Travis requested removal of Mr. Wyatt as counsel for the Debtor because of an alleged conflict as Mr. Wyatt is now also representing Mr. Range in his personal chapter 13 case and has not amended his Rule 2014 Disclosure to the Court.
